POP SPOT is operated by Bingo Global Group for Trading & Supplies SAE (“POP SPOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). POP SPOT is a Bingo-operated retail destination; it is not Funko corporate and is not operated by Funko.

For the purposes of Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and other applicable rules, Bingo Global Group for Trading & Supplies SAE is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

2Information we collect automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is gathered automatically — including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, pages and products viewed, and referring website. This helps us analyse usage patterns, keep the site secure, and improve your experience.

3Personal information we collect

When you engage with our services, we may collect:

• Account and identity data: name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Order and pre-order data: items purchased or pre-ordered, order value, billing and delivery addresses, and order history.
• Payment data: the details needed to complete payment. Full card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us — see Section 8.
• Communications data: messages you send us by email, contact form, WhatsApp, or social media, including support and pre-order enquiries.
• Collector program / marketing data: your preferences, the fandoms or franchises you follow, drop interests, and marketing consent choices.

We collect personal data only where we have a lawful basis — to perform our contract with you (your order), with your consent (marketing), to meet a legal obligation, or for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service improvement.

4How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• Process and fulfil your orders and pre-orders, including allocation of limited and chase items, and to keep you updated on order and drop status;
• Take payment and prevent and detect fraud;
• Arrange delivery through our courier partners and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds;
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
• Operate, secure, and improve the POP SPOT website and experience;
• Send you marketing about new drops, pre-orders, and exclusives where you have agreed to receive it;
• Run, measure, and optimise our advertising (see Section 6); and
• Comply with our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your cart and preferences, understand how the site is used, and support advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

6Advertising and analytics

We work with advertising and analytics providers to measure performance and show relevant ads:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API: We use Meta’s tools to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads. This may include sharing event data such as page views, add-to-cart, purchases, and certain offline or WhatsApp-originated purchase events with Meta. Where identifying details (such as email or phone number) are shared for matching, they are hashed before being sent. Meta processes this data under its own data policy.
• Google Analytics — to understand site usage and improve our service.

You can control ad personalisation through your Meta and Google account settings and through your cookie choices on our site.

7Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We track user activity as described in this policy for analytics, advertising, and service improvement.

8Billing and payments

We use a third-party payment processor (Paymob) to handle transactions securely. Your payment information is processed externally, and we do not store full card details.

9Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us run POP SPOT, and only as needed:

• Payment providers — to process payments securely;
• Delivery and courier partners — Aramex, to deliver your orders;
• Technology and hosting providers — our website host, WooCommerce/WordPress infrastructure, email and CRM tools, and IT support;
• Advertising and analytics providers — as described in Section 6;
• Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, auditors, legal advisers, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

We require these parties to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

10International transfers and storage

Some of our providers (for example Meta, Google, and certain hosting or email services) process and store data on servers located outside Egypt. By continuing to use our website, you consent to this transfer and storage. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in line with applicable law.

11Newsletters and marketing

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing, we use your email address (and phone number where you agree) to send you updates and promotional content about drops, pre-orders, and exclusives. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about orders or pre-orders you have placed.

12Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — typically for the life of your account and for the period required afterwards to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

13Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of your data in certain circumstances;
• Object to or restrict certain processing — and, for direct marketing, you may object at any time without giving a reason;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. Requests are free of charge and addressed as soon as possible. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

14Information security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so we also encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account details confidential.

15Children’s privacy

POP SPOT is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Purchases and accounts should be made by adults; where products are bought for or used by minors, this should be done by a parent or guardian. If you believe we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can address it.

Our site and communications may link to third-party websites and social platforms for your convenience. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
